2018 4-H Awards Banquet

The 2017-2018 4-H Awards Banquet will be held on August 18th, 2018. Like Totally join us for a Recycled 80’s Party from 6-9 pm!

RSVP‘s will open May 23rd and are due no later than July 25th before 4:00 pm. No exceptions will be made. The registration form is at the bottom of this page!

 

This year’s Awards Banquet will be an 80’s pizza party! Complete with a costume contest (yes, that means prizes!!!), a tie-dye station, and totally rad games!

Entry will be $2 per person, clover kids enter for free! Failure to RSVP will result in cost per person increase.

The tie-dye station will be BYOS (Bring Your Own Shirt), and will cost $1 per shirt. We will provide all other materials, including plastic bags to take them home in.

This year instead of a silent auction, we will be doing a raffle with lots of great prizes! You will get one raffle ticket per entry, additional tickets will be available for sale.

  • This includes Clover Kids! Anyone under age of 18 that would like to be part of our banquet is welcome! Children age 5 and under will not be charged an entrance fee! Please separate names with commas and note with an asterisk if your youth is age 5 and under (ex: Billy, Mary*, Karen)
