Volunteers receive 40 hours of education related to wellness, nutrition, childhood health, food safety, healthy food preparation, public speaking and much more. Pressure Canner Dial-Gauge Testing

If it is less than two pounds off in accuracy, you can make adjustments needed to be sure you have the required pressure in your canner.
